Very subpar experience with poor front desk service when requesting a ride that was unknowingly canceled in the morning after confirmation the night before. And the billing was much higher on-site than I was charged on Expedia. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience does not match Marriott.

Very smart clean hotel. Rooms were comfortable and a joy to finally get a hot high pressure shower after two weeks in other parts of Colombia! Breakfast was great. Only 5-10 mins from the airport, taxi 30k COP.

My recent stay at the Marriott Bogota Hotel was overall pleasant, but there are some areas that could use improvement, particularly in terms of available technology for guests. The hotel’s location near the airport is very convenient, making it a good choice for anyone needing a place to stay overnight in Bogota before catching a flight. One aspect that could be improved is the technology available in the rooms. I found it surprising that there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices. In today’s tech-savvy world, this seems like a basic amenity that should be available in every hotel room. Additionally, the in-room speaker seemed outdated, reminiscent of the old iPod era, and could benefit from an upgrade to a more modern and versatile system. Despite these technological shortcomings, the staff at the Marriott Bogota Hotel were friendly and efficient, which contributed positively to my overall experience. Their hospitality was certainly a highlight of my stay. In conclusion, the Marriott Bogota Hotel is a convenient option for travelers needing accommodation close to the airport. However, I hope that the hotel management will consider upgrading the technological amenities in the rooms to better meet the needs of modern travelers.

GREAT service. The food is really good. I had breakfast every day at the hotel and enjoyed the different options they offered every day. The room was cleaned every day. Indoor pool was very nice and warm.

Las camas no son firmes. Las atención no es buena. Pedí unas bolsas extras para colocar la ropa sucia y la recepcionista dijo que no tenia. Además, muy confuso el tema de los impuestos del hotel que ya se habían pagado a través de Expedía.
