Great room and staff. About a 10 minute drive to get anywhere but the airport. Not a big deal. Paying for parking is lame. Staff was great!

The lady checking us in was very short and didn’t finish answering questions. Kept getting distracted by others. When we came down for a drink was told they were closed

I couldn’t adjust the temperature of the air conditioner in the room I stayed in. Also, the air from the air conditioner was blowing directly onto the bed.

Closet to the airport. Nice breakfast.

It was close to the airport and the free shuttle is great as long as you are within the time frame it runs. Be aware of the times.

A cut above other hotels in area around the airport. Healthy breakfast selection. Will come back as we travel through Salt Lake often.

Fridge wasn’t cold. Had to use my own cooler. Gym was clean. Good breakfast.

The mid age lady at front desk was incredibly disrespectful. We have to call twice for her to arrange the shuttle to pickup us from airport. And every time she would hangout the call disrespectfully. I would never choose you again.
