It was nice having a separate bedroom and kitchen. It was like renting a little apartment. It was very cute and comfortable.

I always love staying at this hotel. It never lets me down! Perfect location, rooms are spacious and the kitchen and balconies are 👌. My only complaint is that there are zero shelves in the showers. If you have 4 people staying in one room, ots horrible for people to be able to leave their shower stuff in, let alone no space for one person's items

Great property in a fabulous location. Suites are spacious and all amenities were good. Breakfast options were plenty. Walkable to everything. AC didnt work the last night - besidess that snall hiccup, everything was great. Will stay here again.

We stay here every time we come to Montreal. Prices are great. Safe, clean, comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was the best amenty and our son likes the pool. Even though we were on a no "no smoking" floor, our room smelled like stale cigarettes. Upon wiping a spot on the carpet, I'm sure the carpet hasn't ever been steam cleaned which is likely a culprit of the smell.

Perfect stay downtown! Very clean and the balcony is a huge bonus!

Great location to walk around the downtown area. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast was great. We will come back again if we come back to this city.

Great hotel. Full apartment with all the things needed. Good location. The only issue was that the onsite parking is for cars and not SUVs due to height restrictions. I only have a small suv so I was suprised. Trucks I get. But a good option is across the street at lotto ontario. Even though this is not a come as you go. You pay when you leave. It’s a good option for travels who are leaving the car and walking or using other transportation around the city. It’s 30$ per 24 hours. Hotels.com should update the description to specify parking is for cars only . But otherwise a great hotel breakfast was continental . It did the job. . Would stay here again.

Staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative. We received a free upgrade on our room. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options.

The general amenities were fine. It's too bad the elevator doesn't get you up to the pool. The extra flight of stairs (not well-marked) was a deterrent for using the pool. They advertise free charging for EVs but my vehicle (Toyota RAV4 Prime) was too big to access the charging station. No free alternative was offered. Parking is not on site, but a short walk to the hotel.

Just bad at parking cos they don’t have one and its a hassle esp my son wasn’t feeling well.

I stayed one night only though this property is good for long stay, they have everything you need to live.

Perfect room for our needs.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this hotel. The girls at check-in were very friendly, and there was parking behind the building, which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved the living room and kitchenette. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options, and the woman who stocked the breakfast was so kind and helpful. The location was very close to McGill, and an easy walk to old Montreal. Perfect stay!
