The hotel location is very strategic, 400M to Masjid Nabawi Gate 33, with easy access for women. There is a lot of food selection nearby, from food stalls to the inside mall food court, including Indonesian food. The room is very clean, and the amenities are top-notch (Byredo). The staff is super friendly; it feels like I'm staying at my own home. They are also very responsive to email and queries prior to check-in, during stay, and after stay.

Great location and great experience! Close to everything from the Nabawi Mosque, abundant food around, close to the Madinah bus pool and hop on hop off, the only drawback is the breakfast, the choices are the same.

All staff are very friendly, especially young man who is still in trainee position in reception desk (I forget the name), very strategic location, the room so spacious (3 bedroom), delicious breakfast with menu changing everyday. The only thing need to improve is the furniture look old compared to another hotel. But overall outstanding, very recommended 👍.
