They had to give me a different room because the first room was not 100% clean then it says it has laundry and it didn’t :/

Employees so loud at night, no cable only 6 channels worked no remote control for the tv, iron was missing in the room. Room smelled a lot like humidity

The staff is lovely ... breakfast was good and the shuttle was great..

Perfect place to stay for the night if you’re taking a flight from El bajio ! Front desk was very helpful as well as room service and the airport shuttle . I recommend this place 8 out of 10

We booked three rooms. You will not sleep at this hotel. The walls are paper thin; you can hear the traffic and breakfast preparation all night long. We were all in different floors and heard things nonstop all night long.

Lose to the airport

It was good for one night

Bad location, I called the front desk about 10 times from the airport and nobody answered the phone and when arrived at the hotel , I had to wait from someone to come to give me a room.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel and room were very clean which is most important. Breakfast was good value with lots of choices.

The free breakfast they advertise does not exist and has not for a while. Getting there as late as I did, there was not option for food (Uber eats never has any drivers) and the hotel has nothing available. It was mostly clean and comfortable but I chose this location because they advertised free breakfast and they did not have it.
