In-room coffee was awful, room was not thoroughly cleaned, continental breakfast was disappointing. Lower rate than most hotels, but also lower quality.

It was an older place but with updates. Tub didn’t drain well. Air didn’t really work well. There was a strange damp wet smell

From check in to check out it was an awesome experience. The hotel is renovated providing all the amenities you expect from big name hotels at a fraction of the cost. Super clean staff was very pleasant. Highly recommended

No towels, one towel per room, homeless person sleeping in hallway, disinformation, not worth the price.

Excellent, the room is super clean, super nice, everything is very new, everything is very, very good.

The bathroom facilities had a terrible odour. We could not have a shower due to it. In the room you could hear loud conversations in the hall and the next room you could hear snoring through the wall.

Its was a good price but the place was noisy and I didn't sleep well.

Check in was easy and simple and staff was very polite and helpful! Lobby was very clean and rooms were nicely updated

The staff was great, but the parking lot was full of garbage, one of garbages in the room had no bag in it and part of the bathroom door frame had a big chunk of it.

Location was great as it was minutes from the Detroit/Windsor tunnel and close to Little Italy and downtown. Clean room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Check-in staff was annoyed when I asked to be assigned to an upstairs room but other staff on phone and next morning were helpful. Breakfast better than expected. Real Canadian Superstore was nearby for groceries. Good for the one night I stayed.

For a one night or two night stay while traveling it was very decent
