Property is clean, just renovated. Excellent staff and service. The bed was not the most comfortable but was adequate

Nice and clean good breakfast

Property was good

Room was quite clean and mattress was good. No issues checking in or out. Minor noise concerns from parking lot but nothing extreme. Housekeeping was minimal however -- I stayed two nights and one bath towel was removed but not replaced, and that was the extent of it, no bed made. I didn't feel that was worthy of a tip!

The appearance on the outside is a bit deceptive compared to how it looks on the inside. The outside appearance outdated while the inside looks remodeled. The only issues we had were housekeeping knocking on the door this morning an hour ahead of departure. Also, the shower wouldn’t drain. Other than that, all went well.

Excellent service and clean rooms. Just a note for people checking in. Check in time is 3pm. After I booked and paid, I received an email saying check in is at 4 pm, which is false! When I actually got to the location, the sign specifically said 3 pm. I asked the lady who checked me in when check in time was and she said 3 pm. She was shocked that I got an email stating 4 pm. So just a heads up check-in is at 3 pm and you will get amazing service at this location. 😃

There were a whole bunch of young adults coming in and out quite late, blasting music and being very noisy on the stairs, lots of loud laughter and carrying on.

A fine example of getting more than you paid for. Absolutely perfect location thats minutes away from everything in the area. The best part of my stay in Windsor and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again. Amazing friendly staff besides one are that smelt like drying paint everything else was perfect.

Hotel offers good value for the price, minimal choices for breakfast - did not even have any condiments. It seemed like there was a baseball tournament in the area and lots of people checking in. Check-in was very slow and there was only one person at the front desk. Beds were very comfortable!

OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT. MOST OF ALL, YOUNG LADY, THAT CHECKED US IN WAS VERY PLEASANT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THE GAL THAT CHECKED US OUT WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT. IT MAKE A GREAT DEAL OF A DIFFERENCE WHEN 'STAFF' IS KIND AND WELCOMING AND PLEASANT.

Convenient location, easy check in, clean room, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Morning breakfast was good as well.
