The janitor was a great guy

The Hotel had a weird smell from the carpet. Like something was wet.

Excellent staff! Very helpful!

There are signs all around that said location was being worked on and apologized for the construction. Which was great. However as a first time visitor I think the staff and the location could take the extra mile and give me the heads ups as well. Especially when my room was located in the same floor as the rest of the construction. There were no signs such as "Closed beyond this point" that I walked past my room without realizing it.

Location clean

The front desk was amazing! Missed cleaning our room. We ran out of clean towels and requested on check out morning and never received. The hotel was very convenient to freeway and close to wedding venue. Breakfast was also great.

The front desk and breakfast staff were excellent, but like many hotels these days there was no service to freshen our room. That was the only reason they were marked down. Excellent stay.

Clean and comfortable. The food offered for the free breakfast was well prepared, good selection, and tasty

Easy check in. Extremely comfortable beds, the sheets smelled so clean. We had a wonderful night sleep.

The design of the room was spot on. Everything that we needed. The shower was spacious and nice. We heard a little road noise around midnight, but then it died down to zero. All staff were friendly. Nice location and easy check in process. Breakfast was rather mediocre, but ok

Stopped in El Paso for the night. The Tesla chargers were great and the main reason we chose this hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Nice, clean, very easy to get to hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants on the Westside of El Paso.

We drive from Texas to California each summer and this is a favorite stop. The initial draw was the Tesla Superchargers in the adjacent lot but the hotel itself keeps us coming back. The King bedroom is a roomy and well-equipped suite (fridge, coffeemaker, etc.), the pool is well-maintained, there's a gym, and the breakfast is good. The service is very friendly, too! Dining Note: This year we found a great Mexican Seafood restaurant a few blocks away - Mar Azul (1314 S 4th Ave suite 5, Yuma, AZ). Highly recommend it!
