Lovely and well stocked corner room suite. Good amenities on property and excellent location.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Tranquil lobby to hang out in with a lovely cafe attached. Huge lap pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with kitchen gear. We would definitely return!

Great front desk staff. Comfortable sofa bed for my mother. Clean gym. Nice free bike use! Would definitely stay here again.

Large pool; great location in downtown

Perfect place for our family to stay in Victoria. The pool is great and really convenient for exploring everything around the harbour and Beacon Hill park. We’d definitely stay again

Great property for families. Love the calming koi pond in the lobby and focus on sustainability. Awesome there is complimentary bike rental to explore Victoria with. Close to many attractions.

The hot tub and pool were amazing. The room had quite a bit of wear and tear though, definitely needs some upkeep. Also found a dirty pair of underwear in the closet in my room!

This is a nice hotel. Hope they will add free breakfast in the future. We were upgraded for a larger room(30$ a night), but we did not need it. It was a little bit noisy outside as we were beside the lift.

We always love our stay here. This time we had an unexpected medical event and the hotel was amazing and accommodating and extending our stay. Staff are always friendly and amazing. Love the pool and closeness to activities

Such a beautiful property! Our grandkids loved the big pool and the large room with kitchen was perfect for us! The staff went above and beyond by giving us an early check-in and we could park for free even after we checked out.

Fantastic hotel for our young family. Can’t wait to stay here again!
