This property is truly astounding. Beautiful layout and the staff are truly exceptional. I was disappointed to find I was in Tower B in a deluxe suite as opposed to the luxury suite I had on my last visit. I am unsure where the error came from. Whether it was mine or with Expedia or the hotel. As the hotel was sold out there were no other options. Our stay, however, was truly lovely anyway. I will be back, and next time I will ensure I have a luxury suite. This hotel is truly amazing and the location can not be beat!

The Parkside is very beautiful.

Room was hot, no a/c and what pressure in the shower was an issue. Other than these 2 things it’s a great property

The foyer is a lovely place for a quiet coffee. I love the little restaurant for happy hour.

Parkside is a unique, beautiful hotel in a perfect location. I love the koi fish in the lobby and the rooftop patio. We didn’t have time to roast marshmallows but it would have been fun! Gorgeous place for an event like a wedding

We love this hotel and its location to the inner harbour. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for next trip back.

Liked the kitchen facility, walkable, spa staff and front desk staff were excellent. Also liked the pond area so relaxing.

My son loved feeding the fish in the lobby, it made this location very memorable for him. We loved the calm quiet vibes. The only negatives I would say is that they charge extra for the underground parking (but I think most places do now). Also we struggled a bit with the temperature in our room but having balcony doors opened most of the day really helped. Also important note is that there’s no restaurant so you need to walk or drive to get breakfast which we didn’t mind but we did not know. There is a coffee shop though. Overall we had a really nice stay, and the staff was lovely and friendly!

The amenities of our suite well suited our needs. The concierge service was excellent. The lobby is welcoming, attractive and a good place to relax. We were disappointed with the condition of the water in the 25 meter pool. When swimming laps, the murky water made it difficult to the see the lane markings or the ends of the pool. The water filter system needs an upgrade.

We planned each activity for my fourteen year old and she absolutely loved it. With the swimming, rooftop s'mores roasting, facial at the spa and the private movie theater rental, we barely wanted to leave the hotel!

Very friendly, great rooms and amenities. TV channel options not great but this is a very small item in an otherwise fabulous stay!

The amenities were outstanding! We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the specific “Adults Only” hours. (Especially, considering it was spring break. All the staff were attentive, courteous and responded to our every request.

We were very pleased with the Parkside. Our suite was renovated, we enjoyed the lobby, and the coffee shop was great.

We've stayed here twice and it's now our favorite option in Victoria. Great coffee/wine bar with robust snack options (don't miss the extra seating in the back). Friendly staff. Lovely atrium and outdoor spaces with fun fish ponds. Convenient location. Love the full kitchens. Featured artists help to bring in a sense of community too.

Great location. Lovely staff. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have on a rainy day. The hotel kept us supplied with tea and coffee throughout our stay.

Fantastic stay

This hotel is so lovely and in the summer the kids can feed the koi in the morning! Super amazing! Also the cafe is delicious.
