Loved the corner suite that we got. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff was amazing!

The lobby was beautiful and it was such a great location for exploring Victoria. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the full kitchen but it was definitely a plus!

The staff was delightful, prompt in responding to requests, and very knowledgeable about their property as well as the city. The room was very clean and our housekeeper was the best!

Overall, it was a good short time away with our little family. Our kids loved the fish in the lobby. Very close walking to the water. Felt safe.

Loved the clean, spacious rooms. Very convenient to walk to local restaurants and attractions. The coffee/wine shop in the lobby was great. If staying in hot temperatures the lack of A/C may be an issue. It worked out fine for us on 20 degree days in late May. Will definitely consider staying again in the future!

The washer/dryer in the room is not good…the settings are difficult to figure out and it doesn’t work well. Clothes didn’t get clean and the dry cycle doesn’t vent. My clothes shrunk…and are ruined. A learning experience for us.

Excellent location near Beacon Hill Park and easy walk to Victoria harbourfront. The balconies are a great size and kitchen was well appointed. Absolutely loved the huge soaker tub with a view. It was odd at first to not have windo screens or AC but I trusted the advice to open the windows and let the ocean breeze do its job. No bugs and the air smells amazing. Staff were very helpful. Great spa experience, too.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was clean and comfy. Location was also perfect. The pool especially was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown.

The room was ok. Beds were comfy. However the one bathroom I questioned weather or not the floor was cleaned.

I was so impressed with this property-- they allowed me to check in early since they had availability and were so very gracious! Very walkable to everything. We did not rent a vehicle and were able to walk to China town, the Wharf, shops all over-- and the bus stop. Uber is also readily available and we did take advantage of that service as well. Staff is wonderful and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend: Varsha Indian Kitchen, Cactus Club Cafe, Crust Bakery, High Tea Small hiccups for me: 1)there was no air conditioning (I didn't notice anything listed about this at all on the listing I booked from. They provided Dyson fans and ceiling fan in bedroom. With the windows open and the coolness at night, this was enough for us; however, there are no screens on the windows so if you were on a lower floor, mosquitoes and bugs could be an issue. 2) Pool is wonderful! BUT you should note that you do share it with anyone who has a pass or lives there. The locals seem very territorial about "lap" lanes and get frustrated when you're there just trying to enjoy the amenities. The pool was also not available for the first night we were there in the evening (prime hours for its' usage and when I would have used it) due to a weekly sound therapy event. (should be noted). Based on the pool issues, I may have chosen a different property altogether b/c having daily accessibility to this amenity is important to every vacation stay for our family.

Perfect hotel, location great, friendly staff

Wonderful hotel, large spacious room, lobby has a magnificent Koi pond, the kids loved it. Pool and hot tub are great. Perfect location for downtown Victoria. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see and need. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, in a great location, and beautifully furnished. It had everything you might need during your vacation. Cons: The TVs are not smart TVs, so there is no YouTube or Netflix access. The rooms also do not provide complimentary water bottles, and the bathroom did not have a fan. I noticed a couple of silverfish bugs on the kitchen hard floor. Overall, the room was clean, but I’m not sure whether the insects came from outside while the window was open or from the flooring area.
