The hotel itself is very, very nice - amenities are beautiful and clean, rooms are convenient and spacious, restaurant is nice and big. During the day there are barely any people there. However, I asked the front desk specifically NOT to do housekiiping in my room ( I don't understand the need to change towels and clean daily), and came nack from the gym to find the cleaning lady inside and a string smell of cleaning solution, which I cannot stand! Front desk can clearly be improved. They could also use an air freshener/scent in the main lobby.
And please, stop stamping the toilet paper, it's very inconvenient to use it after!
