Great location

Bed were comfortable, great location, walkable to everywhere. Staff at the front desk were excellent. Although booked on Expedia.ca communication was in Spanish and couldn't change the website to English when completing the check in.

I like the flexible check-in & good communication with the front desk. I do not like there is no any pot for cooking things such as eggs in the kitchen in this suite hotel.

Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available.

The Suites Gran Via is well situated to walk to many of the major sites in Granada: the Cathedral and Royal Chapel, the Albaicin area, and the Alhambra. Our room was clean and we really liked how dark it was at night when we closed the shutters. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. However there were a series of small issues that diminished our experience: the cooktop shut off if we tried to use both burners at once so we could only use one at a time. The fan over the cook top didn’t work. There was a pod-type coffee machine but we were only provided 2 pods for a 4-night stay for 2 people. We were to receive a bottle of wine with our stay but had to ask twice before we received it. Our toilet paper was never replaced (used the last bit just before we checked out). There was no hand soap in the bathroom so we had to step into the shower to get soap from the dispenser when we wanted to wash our hands. And when we arrived the room had a very strong air freshener scent that did not dissipate till the next day. Nothing major but just small things that were annoying. But the location was so good that it made up for these things - almost. Supermercado and the Mercado San Augustin are close by, as well as a great little bodega with generous tapas directly across the street.

A great location and spaciois suite. Comfy bed and pillows. Fabulous shower. The only bad thing was the overpowering smell of floor/furniture polish. It gave me a terrible headache. Also there's no soundproofing as stated. Reception staff were very friendly.

The receptionist was gorgeous and extremely helpful and engaging. Everywhere was very clean and the indoor courtyard beautiful. The apartment was big and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you x

Good apartment central location

Great for a family or couples, staff at front desk wonderful. Location is perfect to walk to sites and a 20 min walk to the Alhambra.

All you’ll need for a perfect vacation, location, cleanliness and safety.

As a Gold member that booked a VIP Access property, I was to receive a Gold Exclusive of 1 Free bottle of wine per stay, which I was never offered, but the last day I reminded them of it and explained that since I don't drink alcohol, that I would accept juice in its place, which they refused. All the could offer me was water. How is water even remotely close to replacing the value of a wine bottle? Very disappointed. I also booked an additional day as a Gold member, and guess what? Still no offering of the Free Wine bottle, not even water.

This apartment was very well located - easy walking to everywhere.
