The room was great as usual. The new beds were not the best. I still prefer the old brand of mattress they had at this hotel. The mattress was more stiff than last time. The jacuzzi did not have hot water when we tried the taps, yet the other faucets had hot water. So my handy husband, as I was contacting the front desk, he repaired it for us to use. The hotel was fully booked so they were not able to move us to another jacuzzi room. They offered to refund us some money for the inconvenience, but then decided to provide me some Hilton points. Which to me does nothing. We only go to hotels a few times a year. So the points will expire and it will have been useless for us. We would of preferred credit back. I hope they fix the faucet for the next people. It still needs to be repaired. The shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom are fixed to the walls and most times I have come are empty so be prepared to bring your own. I love the 0 brand and love they use it, but please stock your rooms before clients.
