I would have given 5 stars if you honored your word to reimburse us for an unexpected early checkout due to the local trains not running (we were not aware of this prior to check in, and it was very inconvenient)
When we discovered this problem, we tried to use the bus instead, but did not work well. We were told that early checkout would not be a problem, except it was, since neither Expedia or your hotel honored your word.
