Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The the front and desk lady checked us into the wrong room. The last names were the same, but the first names were not. The card on file was not my card, but I guess she did not question herself. Once we got into the room, we had to go get our actual room. Every time we left the room, we had to get a new key card. Our door would not work

It's old, smelly and the bed was in bad conditions.

Good stay for the price. Great breakfast. Bathroom grout could use a good cleaning.

Great place to stay!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue, birds squawking outside. But hotel can’t help that.

Always stay at this Baymont when in town

Older look inside. Shower was sloppy. Not much water pressure. Needs updating.

Other then the grackles which is natures decision it was nice.

A very comfortable, friendly hotel for a good price. A big spa that works good. Absolutely the best breakfast we have had at any hotel. A huge selection of every breakfast item!

The hotel on the outside looks nice and the staff was pleasant. The hotel has a funny smell in the hallways. It was not worth what it cost. It was ok for a quick over night. But the room needs to be updated, the bedding had holes, the bed was uncomfortable. They only had two flat pillows per bed. The shower was stained and rusted. Over all it was an expensive hotel with a cheap feel. The carpet floor feels gross with bare feet. The breakfast was normal continental and have no complaints about the staff. The room was clean just not good quality

Internet wasn’t working. Very worn down- holes in sofa, stains on carpet, rust on tub faucet, stains on tub base, toilet seat looked about 20 years old, dirt stains on lamp shades, etc.

We checked in. I was traveling with elderly parents who have difficulty walking. Found out our room was on second floor to the very end of the hall. Receptionist refused to switch rooms, claiming she couldn't because we had booked through a third party. I have worked as night manager at motels and know that you can switch a room. What if the room was uninhabitable? Which, when talking about uninhabitable: our heater didn't work! only blew cold air. Phone was not hooked up in room. Walls had dirt on them! Cigarette butts in the hall ways. Restrooms near pool locked so you had to return to your room if needed to use a restroom. The only positive was the breakfast employee and the breakfast! She did an amazing job! I would not stay here again!
