Most of all was excellent, wonderful. Bed was extremely firm. Pillows very small Could use a pillow top or memory foam mattress. More larger pillows. Suggestion, stay was great however!! Food was really good also. Thank you! 🙏

We love staying at Drury Inns. This particular hotel was beautiful and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious as always.

Great place to say in Flagstaff

The property was very comfortable and welcoming. I love that is is dog friendly. The only critique I have is since we had to eat on the patio, it would be nice if there was a sun shade or umbrellas out there. Once the sun hit the patio, it was uncomfortable.

Great hotel stay. Clean, well located and a good value. Definitely plan on staying here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. I'm not real sure but it seems like the room thermostat self adjusted to a slightly warmer temperature in the middle of the night. We take our dogs with us and the staff again was very dig friendly! I'll keep going back!

Excellent service staff very nice

First time staying here and it was by accident, I normally stay across the street. I will be staying here from now on.

Stay was great. Breakfast was decent. Staff was terrific. Room was clean and very quiet and comfortable. It would be better if the curtains/shades covered both edges of the window (for the morning sun) instead of just one.

We have stayed here several times as we travel thru Flagstaff and its very convenient, clean, quiet and spacious. Easy to walk downtown from here as well as the campus -

Everything was great except no amenities. I forgot my shower cap and they didnt have any. No lotion.

Great place to stay

Drurys do a great job and air conditioner worked, so i was happy. Love the breakfast, happy hour and dinner.

2nd time here at this location, we stay with 2 boys. The Drury is great for a family looking to escape to Flag. Andrew the GM is great, as well as all the other hard working staff.

Slept horribly because ac wouldn't cool the room down enough to get a comfortable sleep and it was the same for our friends in the room next to us

Absolutely no sound insulation in rooms. Heard neighbors being loud, children running around and yelling and doors slamming all night, both nights I was there. Never have I paid a premium price for the actual product to be bare minimum. Rooms are alright, toilet was not cleaned upon check in. I would expect this quality to be less than $80 a night not $250. Was very excited to stay here at first but left feeling entirely ripped off.

Convenient location

Great staff, great location, clean, room furnishings felt in need of an upgrade. We could hear the people in the next room.

Great location across from NAU. Friendly staff with great breakfast and happy hour !
