We arrived at 3:40 in the valet line. They called a bellhop to help us with our things,he was one person running around trying to help everyone. We waited on line to register, then after registering were told that rooms weren't ready yet. There were other groups waiting as well. When we were called to let us know our room was ready we went up to the front desk and was told we needed to wait on line again with people who hadn't registered yet. There were about 12 groups on line at this point. I couldn't believe it, so while my husband waited I went up to the desk to ask another agent and she said there wasn't a separate line for guests who already checked in. She said there weren't enough agents working. I said that was ridiculous and she gave me the keys right away.
The food in the restaurants in the casino was not very good at all. The wait in flavortown was very long. We waited for soup and a sandwich, and nachos for almost 40 minutes. This was a Sunday night through Tuesday trip. Not crowded at all either in the restaurant or in the casino.
The staff in the hotel were very nice but it is very clear that they are short staffed and you have to wait for everything. I can't imagine how it is on a busy weekend.
