Rooms were comfortable, staff spoke English and were very friendly! I especially loved the bathroom in 403 as it was very spacious and well0lit. I very much enjoyed my stay even thought it was super short. I wish I stayed longer!

This was a good hotel. For the price 5 out of 5. Great location. Walk to beach, train station although a bit of a hike maybe 2 miles. From there you can go to Monaco or Cannes or Marseille or Lyon. Just a 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. Literally hundreds of them. Enjoy the beach. Everything in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to rate all for excellent, we stayed 3 nights 4 days the receptionists were very nice & friendly. They advised all information to us. We tried the breakfast have pretty good & I recommended to our friends. On the check-out morning it wasn't enough food for the customers, no refill for bread, cold cut, fruits etc. not provide scramble eggs?? until we asked to bring some raw eggs on the table. We have already to pre-order 1 day ahead for our breakfast with the reception. Other Big problem & I'm so embarrass because I high recommended to our friends...??!!

Location is convenient; there is construction nearby but is quiet during night; staff are friendly

Positive: close to tramway station. Very nice staff. Nice sitting area in the lobby and free hot drink. Negative: bad smell in the room specially when turned on the air conditioner. The lift doors between floors so you have to walk up or down few stairs. Internet connection would automatically log out every now and then.

The staff were very helpful and recommended some awesome restaurants in the area.

I stayed here because I was attending a conference at the center across the street. I would think this would be a good business hotel because its not in the tourist area and by the conference center. It was awful! Not good amenities, dated rooms, not very clean, poor internet, AC didn't work well, ONE ironing board in the entire hotel you had to wait in line to use at the reception desk. I would definitely not stay here again.

I have been staying at this hotel every year for the past 12 years when attending trade shows at the Palais des Congrès Acropolis, and the standard has never slipped. It is a friendly, family-run hotel in a very convenient location for the Acropolis expo centre. It is a 10 minute walk from the center of town and the old port, there are lots of good resaurants and bars nearby and it is convenient for the tram system. As well as business people, I have also met many tourists who stay there because given its location and price per room, it makes good sense for peoplle visiting Nice on a budget who want a good standard of accommodation.

Very quick and easy check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast compared to other French hotels I have stayed in.

Great location, 10 mins from old town and the Nice Riquier train station. Rooms are quite small - ok for a couple of days tho. Our shower didn’t work very well first morning but was fixed without question by the evening. However, the sound proofing is terrible. If you are a light sleeper this hotel isn’t for you - we could hear people above (heavy feet) in the corridor (laughing/shouting at 2am) and next door (eugh being sick again at 2 am!).

The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was terribly old and out dated . The shower water pressure was a joke. The room was small. If u looked at the small details around the property you could see things falling apart. This hotel is trying to look modern but is failing at it. The location is far from the beach and old town.

We had booked this hotel as a short break with 4 other friends but unfortunately we could not travel due to a medical emergency the week before we were due to travel. Our friends still travelled to the hotel & were very impressed at the value for money the hotel provided. They said it was much better than they had expected finding it to be very pleasant as well as being ideally located near to a tram stop & a short walk to the old town & beach. They were so pleased with the quality of the hotel they are planning on making a return visit for when my partner is fully fit & able to fly again
