The hotel room was in bad conditions, dirty, torn and shabby carpets etc etc

The property was nice and clean but for the 2 weeks that I was there the pool was not operating at full capacity

This hotel is affordable and close to many restaurants.

I like that each room has its own parking underneath the room. I like that it feels like each room has a sense of privacy that is greater than other hotels. I like the feeling of seclusion at the hotel once inside. The staff is very friendly. It would be nice if they upgraded some of the toiletries and towels.

Old hotel that needed remodeling in 1990. The staff were nice and good, but there's only so much one can overlook. I stayed in the main hotel building and the rooms and common area needs a good scrubbing. i can't speak for the outside rooms. Bugs, and just plain worn out everything out cause me to not go back. Dining room was fine, and staff and food there were good too. i wouldn't let my Mother stay here.

If you are traveling with kids and do not have a lot ot spend, this hotel is perfect. Beware of the the 'free' buffet. It is only free for adults and the children's price may suit people with older kids who eat a lot, but not smaller ones. Order off the menu. Bring your own bathtub stopper if you plan to use the tub, they do not provide them. The pool is great with lots of shallow areas for the small people. The price was right for this no frills hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean.

We experienced a problem with the magnetic key and could not use it until the lock was fixed a few hours later. Also had a problem accessing the internet until I was told that the password given was abbreviated, something that should have been pointed out. Actually, it is not very logical to use an abbreviation on a password (the instructions indicated VD Veracruz instead of the actual password Villas Dali Veracruz). Otherwise, everything else was fine and everyone was very helpful.

Good trip, good hotel

Habitaciones viejas sucias, el aire acondicionado extremadamente ruidoso, olor a cigarro en los pasillos, en fin TERRIBLE ni siquiera terminamos la estancia tuvimos que salirnos antes jamás regresaría y mucho menos lo recomendaría

Eliminar la humedad de las habitaciones las cuales son muy amplias incluyendo el baño. Use los baños del área de lobby buen mantenimiento, y sin olor a humedad. El tratamiento que aplican en estos baños deben tener las habitaciones...

La entrada al hotel y áreas externas aceptables, parecen lucir bien, personal de recepción amable, el elevador viejo y da la impresión que pueda fallar, una vez en el pasillo de habitaciones, luce viejo y tétrico, ya dentro de la habitación con muebles viejos, alfombra vieja, camas aceptables, cómodas, baño con cortina , en general luce limpio. Pero no tienen un burro de planchar en el hotel, algo inaceptable

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones , intendencia no me gustó su atención

Estan muy comodas las habitaciones y limpias, climas funcionando al 100, el personal muy amable y atento al igual que el restaurante, comida muy buena tambien 10/10

La habitación en general está limpia y amplia, no servía el secador de cabello, la taza de baño muy baja. le faltan más muebles al cuarto, como un sofá o sillas, la regadera se gotea.

El lugar es agradable

NO DESAYUNÉ AHI, EL LUGAR EXCELENTE, SE VE RECIEN REMODELADO, ESTACIONAMIENTO PRIVADO, LO QUE NO ME GUSTÓ DEL SERVICIO ES QUE NO TENÍAN CAFETERA NI TAMPOCO VASOS PARA BEBER ALGO EN LA HABITACIÓN.
