The hotel was fine, but the air conditioner was hot. And my partner wanted to change in the room and then head out to the airport. But apparently there is an extra charge for her to even enter the room. Extra 150 TL just to enter the room, even though she isn't staying over. Just to use the room to open her suitcase and change.

A 4-star hotel but a 5-star receptionist, early check-in, free breakfast while waiting for the room to be ready, the hotel is unique, the rooms are luxurious, and close to all tourist attractions (I go 3 times a day back and forth to Komp hagai Sophia, like walking to a kiosk just away ;) oya the hotel has breakfast on the 2nd floor with views like being photographed .... Eat inside the museum.

Overall 5 stars service all around, staff are very helpful, they gave us a complimentary breakfast on the first day we checked in. The room was so clean and it kept us very warm during the cold season. Thank you to all the staff at acra hotel. Highly recommended
