Excellent apartment, comfortable and clean. About 15 minutes walk from town centre.

The place was in a great location. Near four mile beach and walking distance to the town. Floor was dirty when we arrived, but there was a broom and dust pan in the unit so took care of that. The pool was lovely and the laundry was free! They provided detergent and the dishes/ hot plate worked great

Bay Villas is an excellent property to stay with family and friends.

Welcoming friendly smiling staff, great position as short walk to beach, shops, marina. Studio apt on 2nd floor overlooking pool and beautiful tropical garden, clean comfortable and well decked out.Facilities excellent… 2 beautiful pools, good bbq area at each, laundry if needed. Perfect for my 8day stay.

We were on the 2nd floor. Too many stairs, but that was our mistake for not asking! It is walkable to the shops, if you're fit and active Overall though we had a very relaxing holiday. Dishwasher in 13a needs fixing or replacing. Only one plug in the apartment for 3 sinks.

Beautiful tropical garden, 2 pools with spa. Clean apartment with plenty of utensils. Helpful staff.

A little bit far to walk to main part of town. Well overdue for a refurbish. Walk ups to most units. Parking reasonable but tight. Stove top is portable and was on a high shelf and not clean, other dishes not clean. Overpriced for what you got. Staff were great, nice pool.

Good stay overall. Apartment’s quite tired looking but all the same had everything we needed. No tea towels in apartment and all the labels rubbed off on the oven so unusable which was a shame. Pool was the highlight!

Old uncomfortable bed. Crappy old/tiny bathroom with mould on inside of shower door, water pressure poor & leaked through old door onto floor. No room & no extras soap, face washer etc. Room cleanliness poor. Location was ok if you like to walk - about 1km to shops/cafes in Main Street. Self parking very tight, but under cover.

I felt the shower was way too small

The customer service is appalling. The tvs are not smart tvs. Nothing is guaranteed. The sheets and bath tub were dirty

Great 4star apartments, with full kitchens/amenities, 2 separate pools. Bay Villas is located really close to the main shopping/eats street - great cheap shuttle service pick-up/drop off at your leisure. The staff at Bay Villas were SO friendly & helpful-incl. ongoing communication prior to our arrival, suggestions/arrangements for activities whilst visiting, and easy a/h checkin - which all made our holiday easy, seamless & stress free. SO glad we chose this resort over the billions of others avail in Port Douglas.

Nice apartment in a good central location ... only 10 minutes from the main street in Port Douglas. Lovely welcome from the receptionist, Rhian, who gives a great first impression. Nice swimming pools, although could do with some umbrellas over lounges for some shade. Balcony area was dirty and therefore not inviting. Overall a good stay though.

Property was nice, pool area great. Reception friendly. The room furnishing a bit dated but comfortable. We had a problem with the shower - low water pressure. We didn’t report it until check out though.

Excellent location and accommodation, beautiful place to stay.

Quiet room with balcony. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Stayed three nights and the well equipped kitchen served us well. Bright uplifting room.
