The front desk closes at 8 pm and only opens at 7 am which was a big inconvenience. It’s a clean but bare bones hotel… no breakfast at the hotel, so you need to go to a cafe close by

Great location and staff

We didn’t have a good experience for the following reasons: (1) our room had mosquitoes/midges, we were bitten while in the room and killed at least 5 in our room. We told the staff and no other rooms were available. (2) location of room was ground level and exposed to outdoors - could hear all the noise from the street/cleaners and several drunk guests returning from a night out from midnight to 3am. (3) we didn’t feel secure - no safe for valuables, door could be broken in as door lock was basic, no extra locks from inside (4) surrounding area is loud at night but probably not an issue if you are in the main hotel. On the positives - staff were nice, beds were comfortable, room was nicely decorated/renovated, family room was spacious and there is storage for luggage. If you like a large pub restaurant with big screen tvs, music and gambling, then you might like this place but be warned, prices are high for food and drinks. A$27 for a margarita!

Very quiet despite surrounding pubs. Good value for money. Large, functional room, clean and tidy.

Good location close to most restaurants. Live entertainment and across the road from beach. What we didnt like was the front entrance was confusing and not clear. Tap dripped and too much light came in under the door when trying to sleep

Great location, fun atmosphere at bar & restaurant, very nice hotel. Not a "quiet secluded getaway" kind of place, but great if you want a social scene close to beach, food & shopping.

Nice clean room, spacious, full kitchen, good for family, sea view room was excellent, pool Spa facilities enjoyed and restaurants around in walking distance was a bonus

We had a room on the southern end ,3rd floor no:331, overlooked marina and the pool. It was very quiet own that end

Great place to stay we will be back!!

This was a great place to stay in Airlie beach. Staff were friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The only downside to our room was that it’s located right beside the delivery area for the liquor store, and so there was beeping from machines starting at 7am going all morning. Also, a huge flood light outside our room that the window blinds didn’t even block out. If you’re sensitive to noise and want a good sleep, this property is not for you. Otherwise it’s great!

Great hotel. Friendly staff. We had luggage issues with the airport. staff was very great about keeping us informed when they were able. Very walkable to both marinas for activities and dining.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Lovely views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Accessible to all local tours and trips. Staff very helpful. Rooms were made up each day but odd that one cup was cleaned and another wasn’t. Balcony furniture looked tired and needed replacing. It was clean but looked mouldy. A small point but overall a good place to stay. Would recommend. I thought the information booklet was quite negative around costs incurred if there was damage. Do guests really need a detailed sheet of costs for items that are damaged? This is important but too much detail perhaps?

Location was excellent for dining and walking around town and meeting spot for tours.

The best location hôtel as there is no transportation there , close to the marina for the tours , and close to the beach and on the main street . The restaurant is great with a live band. The room are also perfect !!
