Spacious room, good location. Enthusiastic support staff, will come back next time

The room was very bad smelling, the toilet was terrible. I won't come back again. The staff was friendly and the buffet was amazing.

Overall not bad, good location, easy to get to, but the surrounding area is a bit chaotic.

Great location, walking distance to Ben Thanh market, Central Market, beautiful large park with exercise equipment, Bui Vien Street the party street, nightlife, transport companies, Saigon Bus Station, food galore, yet it's serene and peaceful. The staff are efficient and polite. The security staff are ever alert to keep you safe. Their buffet breakfast is exceptionally good

I found the hotel's customer service service to be excellent. Because I went to eat on Bui Vien Street and at around 3am I was too drunk to go home. So I booked 1 night at the hotel and thought I would drive home tomorrow when I wake up. But I'm also a bit drunk. So I booked at 3:00 a.m. on July 11, but when I arrived to check in, I realized that I would not be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on July 11. At that time, I was quite worried because I booked online and paid by card. After that, I had to book an additional night with the hotel to stay and I asked the staff tomorrow to ask if the manager could assist me. Because I also have a CV tomorrow, I can't stay at the hotel anymore. After a fairly comfortable night of sleep, when I checked out, the hotel manager sent me back the remaining money I booked for the 1 night stay at the hotel. 🥰 Thank you so much!

Khách sạn nằm trên phố tây sầm uất, thuận tiện, đi bộ ra chợ Thái Bình rất nhiều đồ ăn. Nhân viên lễ tân, bellman, dọn phòng đều rất thân thiện, lịch sự. Dưới sảnh có cây ATM và quán cafe. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ.

mình là khách ruột ở đây, vào đây đa phần chỉ ở viễn đông. thật sự với mức giá 700-800k ở khách sạn mặt phố lớn như này thì cũng quá xứng đáng với giá tiền. Lễ tân thân thiện, đặc biệt mấy anh beltman. phòng ngủ rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, dọn phòng cẩn thận. một điểm mình thấy chưa ưng là buffet sáng nghèo nàn món, hôm nào cũng chỉ mấy món như vậy, không có sự đổi mới. 30/4 vừa rùi mình ở 4 ngày ăn sáng như vậy hơi nhàm chán cho khách muốn ở lâu.

Comfortable room, free time, good service, A little more discount is great

The hotel outside is still new, but inside the room has deteriorated. The wash basin in the toilet drains too slowly, the room is not soundproof, outside talking inside is heard echoing...!. In general, the hotel is only located in a central location

Wonderful service , starting with the receptionist giving us a double upgrade to accomodate our family. Because not many guests, the breakfast was cancelled , but we were offered free minibar (only 2 bottles of soda and water a day!) Warning: the staff warned us about the freguent bag thefts in front if the hotel.. . luckily nothing happened to us.... Hotel located in a seedy area, not recommended for outside walking, so we took a Grab everywhere. Rooms are big and very clean, we even had a bath tub.

The room is a bit secret, breakfast food is not good

Room is clean, amenities ok but bathroom cum home with a bit small. Breakfast too poor. Food is plenty but not plentiful. The fruit smells a little rotten (watermelon and pineapple) The receptionist has a male way of speaking that does not respect Vietnamese customers. When I was talking with the receptionist about my room in chekc, there were 3 foreign friends checking in after me. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and asked me to wait a bit to check in for those 3 people first. At that time I was quite shocked. When I check in, you have a very difficult and difficult attitude, asking you to call the agent to change the book room name to match your CMT. You said the name of the book does not match the name of CMT. Ah, I log in the app with gmail and my display name is my nick name. Book rooms and airline tickets are too many on the app but have never been anywhere so ridiculous. including big 5 star hotels in the country or hotels outside.
