Staff very friendly

Comfortable stay

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome - it was a great way to start our mini mum and daughter break - recommend anyone to stay here perfect spot !

Good for the quiet break we were looking for.

Overall, the property was not so bad unfortunately surrounding areas were quite racist to multi culture. Some of the staff were excellent some were very friendly and the pool needed cleaning and filtered. Also, there was a rat inside the barbecue machine

We stayed for 2 nights in the two bedroom studio on two floors. It was neat, tidy and clean. Value for money and close to everything we needed.

Suites is strange word to use as my room was a shoe box. 1 plastic chair a microwave, and a bed. noisy, right on the road. Did have all amenities in the room but with it's size and advertisements of Suites, I would not stay there agin

Excellent staff. Good value accommodatio

We did not even tell them we are arriving late but they proactively arranged the key pick up procedure. It was quiet and easy access. The car park is very secure.

Hotel was great, great location, parking included and staff were very friendly. Only thing we didn’t love was how thin the walls are, could hear all movement on the floor above us and room next to us, however rest of hotel is perfect, including the wonderful relaxing pool!

Great property quiet so close to everything

Was a great stay until the power outage happened, no power all night no staff to tell us what was going on. Had to leave early as still no power or hot water, staff didn’t seem interested in offering a free night or discounted night for the night that was ruined

Oaks Nelson Bay suites are pretty nice. We received a free upgrade for one bedroom apartment with full kitchenware, Foxtel. Car park is alright. The best thing that I like was the walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Very clean

Good location, generally clean and spacious rooms. However, the wall mounted air conditioner in my room was unacceptably noisy making sleep challenging. The black out curtains were ineffective and allowed too much light in at night again making sleep difficult. Other than that, If these two issues were resolved, I would highly recommend this property.

Big and plenty rooms to move around in the 2 bedroom apartment. It’s not new but in a very good condition and well maintained. It also has room service daily. Close in walking distance from shop in Nelson Bays. I would recommend anyone to stay this place.
