The staff are great & it's an easy stroll to the shops & marina

We enjoyed our stay at Oaks Lure so much we extended! It's a fantastic property in a great, convenient and quiet location. The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The staff are outstanding with a special call out for Carole and Matt at reception. They've made our stay hassle free and are friendly every time we speak with them. Highly recommend Oaks Lure when you're staying in Nelson Bay.

Great property. All the facilities of home when you're away. Full kitchens, washing facilities and secure underground parking. Carole, Matt and the team make for a comfortable stay. Close to all the attractions and a great location.

We really enjoy staying here. Each time we go to Nelson Bay, we stay at Oaks. It is an excellent property and one of the cleanest, well equipped places we've stayed at. The parking is great, laundry machines available and friendly staff to help with your stay. Highly recommended!

A nice room with a great view. The property was very busy and public areas not very clean

Had a lovely Bayview room. Was on 4th floor. Sounded like someone had a wrestling studio or gym above me. Even at 1am. Lots of heavy thuds on the floor. The apartment is very spacious. There are about 14 stairs when you enter. The view is fantastic. Laundry was very clean. Staff were excellent. A few things need fixing in the room including a very leaky iron and dirty cushion covers. The bed was very good.

Service was flawless. Room was incredible for the price. Beautiful area with a quick walk to dozens of cafes and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach. For the location, the service and the quality of the room, it's an incredible price. Will definitely be staying there anytime we visit the bay.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome - it was a great way to start our mini mum and daughter break - recommend anyone to stay here perfect spot !

Good for the quiet break we were looking for.

Overall, the property was not so bad unfortunately surrounding areas were quite racist to multi culture. Some of the staff were excellent some were very friendly and the pool needed cleaning and filtered. Also, there was a rat inside the barbecue machine
