Its quite and staff are good specially the manager

The room was clean and very nice but my bed was hard. Matter of fact both beds were hard and I spent a lot of time tossing and turning. I wanted to catch breakfast but it didn’t start til 6 I think. I left the hotel at 5 am and there was a lady there preparing the breakfast and the coffee was already made but it was coffee was cold, that really made the rest of my day trashy.

Hotel room was much nicer than other similar properties where I have stayed.

It was really outstanding. Great room and amenities and loved the price! My only 2 suggestions would be to put a grab bar and some non slip decals inside the bathtub. A safe in room would have been nice also.

I needed to be close to the hospital. It was great.

The room was ok. The bathroom wasn't clean and I had to go buy bathroom cleaner. Decided to leave earlier than expected but beside that everything else was ok

the beds are not very comfortable

Booked a suite and was surprised with a two-bedroom suite, which was great! Rooms were spacious, quiet. Front desk staff not very nice, not welcoming at all.

Very friendly, comfortable bed, nice size shower, and surprisingly good breakfast. The front desk ladies were super friendly.

We found cockroaches under the sink vanity and we only had extremely hot water or freezing cold water. When I brought this up to staff, the didn’t do anything for us.

Besides being affordable, this place way great. It was clean, spacious and great for my family. My daughter who is 8 says it is fun and she loved the breakfast

Stephanie is the worst front desk worker they have. Very inconsiderate and no customer service skills.

Check in was great - room looked pretty good could use updating a bit. Opened the dishwasher and a touch was crawling across the inside. I flushed it along with a paper towel. For the most part it was a very good stay. Slightly disappointed with the 2 burner cook top. The stove eyes never really got hot using the large skillet.

My stay was terrible, the air conditioning was not working in our room. They did transfer us to another room. That room had insects (roaches) in it.

The service was great and the employees were very courteous

Felt very welcomed during checkin. Nice 2 bedroom suite. Beds were very uncomfortable and wish there were updated security locks on suite door.
