Revisited the hotel after years, the service levels have gone down a lot. Hotel reception staff appear to be temp and not trained, some of them surprisingly rude(!). Calls for service ignored intermittently. Will not be returning here. Expedia needs to review their 9 rating I see a lot of recent negative reviews

Expensive overall - but that’s Aspen. Restaurant was very good, facilities 1st class. Ski in/out, hot pools, ski shop. Couldn’t fault anything

Excellent staff! Food is absolutely phenomenal!

Room was not as advertised and response from the hotel team was terrible. We eventually were moved. Service was horrendous throughout the stay. Every guest we spoke to were extremely unhappy with their experience. Nothing positive to say about this hotel

I fully paid for jan 1st night Then when my son checked out Viceroy charge him for jan 1 again I contacted viceroy today to inquiring about that charge Chen who was introduced himself as a manger acknowledged it was accidental charge But yet he could not refund the charge because of technical issue yet

Good stay

Honestly for the price it was average. Dont know if it was cause were nearing the off season but things seemed basic and not super clean. I had to change rooms the first day at night because the fridge was so hot my milk for my baby spoiled. Also valet parking is 50 dollars a day so expect about 500 dollars for some days. You cant park your own vehicle. All in all it was better than others yet still basic.

There is issues with the drain in the shower. The carpet got all wet. They sent someone to “fix” it at 10pm when someone was still in the shower. They clearly know something is wrong but still sold this room. This is a fraud!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable

Staff was excellent. Facilities were great. Room was very comfortable for my family of 5 and two dogs! Would stay again here.

Access to spa facility cost extra and the staff were not the most friendly

We stayed at the Viceroy for the Jazz Aspen Festival and I have to say I was so impressed with the staff at the Viceroy! They had the most organized, convenient shuttle system for the show. No other hotel in the area was set up in the same way and it really made a difference. I was extremely impressed and would stay at the hotel again.

Hot water boiler was broken (fixed the second day in the evening), housekeeping didn't show up the first day, asked for towels that never showed, no coffee in the room or in the lobby, asked for extra coffee and they sent decaf, the list goes on...just poor all around.

Hotel was great, location was great, Really enjoyed Snowmass in the summer. Had to leave one day earlier than expected, due to some storm damage back home, and the hotel accommodated the early departure.
