Only a 4-star rating. - The hotel is quite old and has a musty smell. (For me, the scent of the accommodation is very important.) No matter how beautiful a hotel is, if it's too musty, it always gives the impression of poor hygiene. - The bathroom constantly smells bad. - They don't allow early check-in. Although the check-in time stated in the booking was 3 PM, other 5-star hotels and resorts are very thoughtful and enthusiastic about early check-in. Even an hour early isn't allowed. - I will not return.

The hotel has a convenient location, with its own private beach access, next to Tam Thang Square. The rooms have an old architectural style, so the lighting is a bit dim, and the rooms and beds are slightly old and dusty.

The location and staff are friendly. However, the amenities and facilities are outdated, especially the bathrooms, which are of poor quality. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and the bidets are terrible. The pool tiles are old and quite chipped. And my child cut a gash on their leg in the pool. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't open check-in before 2 PM.

The restaurant serves delicious dinner, and the breakfast buffet is varied and equally tasty.

The soundproofing isn't great; the emergency exit right next to my room keeps making a rattling sound that makes it hard to sleep. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

The room was very clean. I stayed in a room with a fantastic sea view. There was a very helpful baggage handler named Minh who drove my car up to the lobby for me because I had a small child.
