This hotel was a terrific value and I would 100% come back here again. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, everything in good working order. Located on a quiet street, but in easy proximity to downtown Orillia, the casino, etc. There is no on-site restaurant, but they offer a standard continental breakfast, coffee and tea in your room, and the location is immediately next to a grocery store where we could get snacks, beer, etc. Staff on the phone and at the desk were very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a fancy pool or something this is probably not what you’re after, but if you principally are looking for a great value for a hotel stay, this place is is terrific.

Arrived at my first room to see the door open and had to slam it fairly hard to close it. The bathroom floor was wet and not clean. tried to dry the water a bit with the floor towel and it was not clean water. Staff was very helpful and gave me another room right away which was very clean. Beds are definitely on the softer side.

7am start is too late for construction workers

There are areas under construction and they are doing a great job of keeping areas clean while doing facelift repairs. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was typical but all the food was fresh and I grabbed some extra oranges for my room. I would stay here again!

This is a lovely property the room was well appointed tidy clean neat we enjoyed the gas fireplace in our room the breakfast in the morning was plentiful with lots of options the only drawback is the breakfast room is small so most people would bring it back to their room.

Pleasant surprise for the price. Room layout was awesome, as was the fireplace. Lovely gentleman at checkin. Didn’t get his name but he was great. Will definitely stay here again

It’s an inn, good for a quick stay not anything fancy.

The staff person named Mary was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Good breakfast choices.
