The head of the front desk was accommodating. However the staff on shift at the time were unprofessional. They were gossips, smiles and sweet talks the guests but when their backs are turned, they speak ill of the guests as if it were their usual past time. When I approached them, they even defended that it was their “endorsement”. Unapologetic and full of pride, first time to encounter this from people in the hospitality industry. I hope management trains their staff well before assigning them to the front desk. The housekeeping staff was exceptional.
