Delightful and Unique

Wonderful stay. Went here with my husband, also my brother who got his own room. We picked the same room, the Miller Park Suites, but there are different sizes, & we were given the smaller (probably meant for 1) room & my brother was given the larger (for 2) room. We switched, of course. Other than that check-in mistake, everything was wonderful. The bed's headboard backed up to the balcony hallway so there was no noise from the neighboring room (although I found out it was unoccupied; it was for sale!). The bathroom vanity area was huge, the washer/dryer came with detergent pods (but no dryer sheets; I brought some from home), the kitchen was fully equipped which I expected but still loved. The furnace was a bit wonky, sometimes it would go up in temp even after we turned it down. I wish the walls extended up to the very high ceiling. The grab & go breakfast was really good except no fruit at all. We were there for 4 weeknights so parking was not an issue; I imagine it would be on weekends. We could have parked in the covered garage if we wanted. We did not try the on-site restaurant. I would highly recommend these particular suites to anyone staying in Jackson.

Great room in the miller park building, close to the square and all the shopping. The heater went out on the last morning we were there but feel it would have been took care of pretty fast if our stay was longer.

We loved staying at the white Buffalo club! It exceeded our expectations!

Great place to stay while in Jackson. Facility is really close to downtown shopping, dining and extractions.

Very nice studio apartment. We felt as though we were at home. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice and always helpful. Unfortunately, we went at the wrong time of year and the on-site restaurant was closed. I'm sure it would have been amazing though. We will definitely go back some day. I would highly recommend.

Facility was clean, spacious and staff was receptive and helpful at all times.

It was very good. Two issues: 1) front desk was not always staffed during the day. Sometimes frustrating. 2) continental breakfast had almost no food and no coffee cups and was not staffed at 10:30am.

Night time street noise apparent enough to disturb sleep. Breakfast items were very good but not always available and trash receptacle was always full. Breakfast location was severely space limited and was truly meant as a grab & go. The facility was weathered and showed its age Garage parking was limited and tight Shower controls were very unique The staff was very friendly and helpful Good location

Very convenient to town square in Jackson. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condo clean, had nice amenities provided and bed was super comfortable. Garbage disposal didn't work and inside of bathroom pocket door needs to be addressed. Otherwise, great place to stay for a few days.

We were greeted by a very very friendly young lady at the front desk. She was so pleasant and helped us find our room and also gave us great recommendations for dinner. She went above and beyond. The room was very clean and very nice. Worth every penny. Thanks for a great place to stay!

First day the door wouldn’t latch. Maintenance came and couldn’t fix it. Had to change rooms at 7pm. The next room we were told was an upgrade, was much older. Came back the next day after hiking all day and our key wouldn’t work. Had to wait 15-20 min for them to figure out where the master key set was. The front desk attendant smelled like weed every time she came to the room to fix said doors.

Lovely suite with comfortable places to hang out. We didn’t realize there was no housekeeping service and they not gave us coffee for one morning. Lobby coffee isn’t available til 7:30. The beds are old and hard on the back. If they would correct these things it would make the rooms a good value. We stayed here so we could walk and not have to park.

The White Buffalo Club is a fabulous place to stay in Jackson. It is very conveniently located close to downtown and our room was great. We made good use of the full kitchen and washer/dryer in our room. The provided breakfast was also very good. One minor issue was that the coffee was a bit slow to be refilled, but the excellent coffee was from a local roaster and everyone wanted some, so the large carafe was rapidly emptied. If a room at the White Buffalo Club cost a bit more than other rooms in Jackson, it is worth it.

The property needs a renovation and is overpriced for what it is.
