The woman that checked me in was awesome...friendly and efficient. The room was ckean and comfortable. No complaints!

Staff friendly, rooms very nice and super clean, pool and outside area great! The only thing was when we checked out there were two pickup trucks with broken windows which was scary!

Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Our ac unit was not cool enough. Did not cool any lower than 73F. We went out and returned late at night, we didn't think it was a huge deal to request a different room ,but a cooler room would have made the experience better.

Front desk was very helpful and always asked if everything was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was ready even though we are slightly early. The room was neat and clean. It was a pleasure staying there. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The Rim Pass Courtyard Marriott was convenient to meet all of our families needs. Great restaurants and stores nearby. The staff on duty were helpful and kind! Sandy thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!! Definitely will revisit hotel location and La Cantera area.
