Actually a nice little room for the money. The staff were all great. My room could have been a little cleaner and I was actually afraid to take a shower - no bath mat and those little things on the floor of the tub were worn down and looked unsafe. Also, the entry to the bathroom looked like it had been muddied and not cleaned very well. All that said, I will definitely stay here again if I have to go to Wilkes Barre.

The property was clean and had a working air conditioner for the humid weather.

We stayed for one night while passing through the area heading to our vacation destination. The lady working at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the ground floor and people walking around outside our room til about midnight were a little loud but other than that, no complaints. They had ample room for us to walk our 2 dogs.

Easy parking, easy check in, reasonable price. Pillow cases were dirty, one had tiny burn marks, bed was the worst hotel bed I've ever been on, bathroom vent was busted, bathroom door didn't close properly, room smelled like people were smoking weed prior to our stay, chipped paint everywhere, wall scuffs, paint on the shower curtain (somehow). Stayed for a few hours and realized we'd rather just leave than bother sticking around.

We only stayed for one night, so we didn't have high expectations, but there were a few more ants in the room and the surroundings were a little noisier than we would have liked. Otherwise, it was fine.

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Great price for same day reservation. (Bring an outlet plug for your USB cable to charge phone (etc) in room.)

My stay experience was not expected from what I read or saw in their advertisement. My bed was hard. The pillows were not comfortable. I experienced a bug crawling on my bed at the moment I was over the trip.

Did a cat show this hotel was 5 miles from the show the one thing I didn’t care for was a lot of people live there on a monthly basis so there was extra noise
