The hotel is doing bad business. I booked a room through the traveloka app and paid directly on the app. But when I arrived at the hotel at 23:00, the hotel receptionist informed me that the hotel had decided not to check in. I wonder where I can find a hotel at 23:00. This kind of business does not care about customers. This kind of hotel needs to be boycotted.

This is 4 stars but.- Fitness is not available even though they had in facilities.- Bathroom is low quality, the water is slow.- Bed is not comfortable. This is like 20 years old hotel.

The location of the hotel is near the market & monuments in the inner city. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel overlooks the river flowing in the middle of the city. Quite poetic 😊

Spacious comfortable rooms. Twin 2 bed 1m6 so having a baby is still quite comfortable. The interior is not new but clean. Flexible staff for early check in. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel not exactly 4 star I would rate it 2 stars very little snacks in the room,the breakfast is not good and the swimming pool is dirty

Swimming pool is not very clean. Friendly employee. The room is clean, the soundproofing is not so good so the night if the room next to the noise is a little hard to sleep.

The location of the river bank is quite beautiful, near Dong Hoi market, convenient for walking.

Room quite old, pool too dirty. They don’t have electric car go to beach as well. (2 km distance to beach)

Clean rooms, enthusiastic staff, attentive. I asked for the place to eat or buy durian, the staff also went to the market to ask first and then advised where to buy more. However, the buffet was not as expected, seeing that there was a seafood party to celebrate on 30/4, the whole family came down to eat. The food is okay but very few dishes, even slightly cooled. Eat all the family to go out to find more eateries. As for the room, I had to clean the room, after going out the room was very clean. I just didn't know if the staff member forgot or anything, but the bed sheet was still full of sand, it was too late, I was going to go home tired so I didn't want to call the staff to just go to sleep instead. The next day there was feedback, some receptionists apologized and promised to learn from experience. Hopefully the hotel will fix these problems!

Hotel is ok. Order through the net very good price. We did not have room information yet, but the front desk looked at the booking slip by phone and gave us the room. Breakfast is also normal. But compared to prices we feel acceptable.
