Room was dirty, chair in the room fell apart, sofa was stained, no Kleenex/tissue The gentleman possibly manager was rude when I asked if I could check in early…he wanted an additional $35. At check out the gentleman was sleeping, I had to knock loudly on the door to wake him up. Not a good experience….

Just a terrible experience

Good place to stay

Our room didn't have a trash can in the room just the bathroom. Out toilet didn't work properly and my husband had to mess with it. The property was dirty on the outside.

It was better than last time i just should have gotten there earlier to get a first floor room

All employees were very attentive and courteous.

The staff was really friendly. Hot breakfast available every morning Property was quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to outlet mall The only issue was the TV- not very many channels avaiy

Perfect stay! Literally a few steps from Outlets! And after a good day of shopping, literally a few steps also from restaurants for dinner and drinks!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel only problem i had was with my room key it wasnt working for a brief moment i had to go to front desk to have this issued resolved. But other than that i enjoyed my stay

Room was clean and comfortable, lobby and breakfast area were also clean

There was absolutely no hospitality, roaches in the room, there was trash already there by the bed. The sheets were stained. Door did not lock all the way nor did the window latch work. This place was unsafe and dirty. Not to mention how manager and assistant manager speak to the guests. DO NOT BOOK HERE IT IS NOT SAFE

Everything was great. The cleanliness was very good, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was great.

Rude person at the front desk. The room smelled bad and the shower curtain had mold.

Rooms were clean. Everything is updated in the room. Easy to get to the outlets. Two restaurants right out the door. I gave it a 10 . Definitely my next spot when I come back for some outlet shopping.
