Was able to see the ocean from our room, but being on the north side of the island you’re not located at a beach that is safe to swim. Pool looked good, breakfast was included which was nice, but the selection was limited. Staff was lovely

Nice Hotel friendly staff.

This property looks nothing like pics. The room furniture & carpet were worn. The mattress creaked & had no fluffiness or firmness at all. Awful. The AC was loud like wind blowing & wouldn’t turn off. Very annoying. The towels were dingy & worn & the shower glass was not wide enough to keep water from going all over the floor. There was no fan & small window in bathroom wouldn’t open. There was an odor in room like dog or sock smell. Went to included breakfast more than hour before cutoff & both coffees were empty and most of food had been picked over with no refill. Asked for quiet room & was put close to elevator & on 4th floor so could hear highway sounds all night. During night there were yelling people outside at pool i guess. Needless to say this stay was quite disappointing. Didn’t compare with Hotels.Com description at all.

My room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the street and then across from the beach. The pool area was nice but in the shade from about 1 PM on. There were supposed to be restaurants and bars at the hotel, which they advertise, but were not open.

our stay was good. We were out from early morning thru late night. can't say much about the ocean and the pool.

I was told that they had bar and a restaurant and they had none of which the hotel is under construction. And which construction is much needed for this location it has been neglected for sometime now. Not even snack bar or deli pool has a film on top of water definitely not going to recommend or stay again

First night no hot water and REALLY loud street noise. Clean, comfortable. Pool is barely in the sun. The WORST breakfast I have ever had. Literally could not drink the coffee. There was no milk, 1/2&1/2. Just powdered creamer. only bananas and apples as fruit (its a tropical island!). eggs cereal and tiny yogurts (which are gross anyway). I have never seen a smaller, skimpier b'fast with horrible coffee.

Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel offers good value for the price, but travelers should note that it is not a resort or beachfront property. The included breakfast was adequate given the cost. The surrounding area is less desirable, and guests will likely need to use Uber or rent a car to access nicer beaches and attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made such a difference after a long travel day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Puerto Rico heat!), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. I especially appreciated how convenient the location was — close to the airport, beaches, and local spots, making it easy to explore and get around. Breakfast each morning was a great bonus and helped me start my days energized. The property was tidy and well cared for, and I could tell the team takes pride in creating a pleasant experience for guests. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip comfortable and memorable!

The staff is courteous . The room showers need improvement, the water seeps out while taking a shower and makes a puddle.
