I was only there for two nights but every thing was fine. No issues.

Room was very nice had all the usual ameneties. Continental breakfast included (hard boiled eggs). Friendly staff. Hotel was recently refurbished. Good choice. Nothing negative.

It was quite busy and noisy. Could hear people walking above us and lots of noise from parking lot with people hollering. We were in the property's front and not as quiet s the back where we had previously stayed.

The service was great. This is a tired property in some areas of the interior and the rooms. The bathroom has been updates - this is well done. No doubt, I would stay here again as the reception was very professional and appreciated. Breakfast had many choices and the areas were clean. Good job! Thank you.

The bed in the room was so awful. Wasn’t level Kept falling towards one side Worst bed I even slept in.

Room is clean and spaciois with good desk & chair to work at.

Even though they were renovating they were super accommodating well done !

The bed seemed to have better days. My back was sore after a night on it… not usual for me. I thought the mattress springs were shot. As for service I went to the desk to find an ice machine rang the service desk bell waited five minutes and no one showed. Never did find ice machine. Entrance to upstairs dirty and carpets in hall way needed cleaning or replacing. Travel thru Castlegar at least once a year! At this point I will be looking for other accommodation! Staff were pleasant though!

This is a very basic hotel, it was clean enough for one night, but the bathroom was not clean when we arrived to our room, with dried urine drips on the toilet seat, hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the room smelled badly of smoke. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot, but as mentioned in other reviews the heater fan is so loud that it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep…. I regret not bringing earplugs. Overall it is a basic, clean enough budget hotel.

A good solid hotel choice in Castlegar, nothing fancy but clean and has everything you need. Breakfast is pretty basic.

This property was quiet, could use a facelift but was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back for a stay.

Nice clean hotel - enjoyed our stay

The ice bucket leaked overnight all over the dresser. There was only one facecloth. The clock alarm went off at around 1 am and I could not easily turn it off…. Could not fall back asleep.

Overall good but the shower needs some fixing. It's so old and looks dirty because of it, can help but think it's dirty. I had to put plastic bags on my feet because I couldn't get over how dirty the shower looks.

Always a good stay when I'm going through town

This is anice property very convenient to the highway. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good with waffles, fruit, yogurts and toast. Coffee was very good. The property is two stories without an elevator so request main floor if you have mobility issues. Would stay here again

My Top Sheets of both of my Queen Beds were dirty and frayed. The Breakfast Lady in the morning did not change the overflowing garbage can in the breakfast area. Nor did she clean the waffle maker or tables that desperately needed it.
