The location is great... The service was very helpful, especially when ordering a taxi to the airport... The staff was also friendly...

The location is in the center of dotonbori and shinsaibashi area but kind of too crowded with tourist on the night especially friday plus the car going around

This hotel is not very close to the train station, but very close to the shopping center.

Family friendly hotel just steps away from the entertainment center.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, the room was quite comfortable, very close to the Dotonbori area to the Glico Man icon, just a few minutes walk.

Location in Dotonburi, strategic, good service

Premium location in Dotonburi. Many of the best and famous restaurants and shops are nearby. Spacious room, clean and new towels everyday. The hotel provides water, coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby for the hotel guests. A microwave is also available. Easy and convenient check-in and check-out. No parking.

Nice place to stay. Recommended hotel to stay in Osaka.

Strategic location, if you stay here, it's best not to take breakfast because the food choices are not varied and all the food is cold.

Very nice stay, the location was perfect, very near to dotonbori and namba, quite far from JR station buat quite near from subway station. The bed was good and we got a nice view, a ferris wheel from nearby attraction. The minus just the room was too narrow, tipically the room at japan. But overall was awesome
