The property is clean and it’s close to everything

This very affordable hotel exceeded my expectations! It was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. The location is excellent. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Chicago often.

Great location on the Near North side of Chicago. The parking used to be free, now there is a charge.

Great property! The location is excellent and staff is awesome!

Mallory was great at check in. We did not know that we could call to turn up a/c...but just dial 0 and ask. Onky downside was traffic noise but they do provide earplugs! Very comfortable stay.

I ended up having to leave because it was just too disgusting, loud, odorous, unclean, freezing, unbelievable. Saw a rat right by the front door. They tried to accommodate with a different room and it was just too much so I left and got a new hotel but they still charge me one night But did refund the other remaining nights. I was to stay there.

Our stay here was amazing. The area was great, the staff were super kind and accommodating. There’s a Target next door which was nice for my friends and I as there were a few times we needed to stop in and grab things. The motel felt secure and it was clean. We had no complaints at all with our stay. It was so relieving to see how accurate the glowing reviews were!

I stayed in the room above the office and I had to call the front desk to adjust the heat when it got too warm which was super inconvenient when try to sleep comfortably. Other than that the room was very clean and the staff was really nice.

10/10. Definitely coming back!

When we arrive there was a lady at the lobby and she was the most cute lobby person I have ever seen! The rooms are a lil bit small but definitely cute and comfortable! Everything was excellent clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will back sure!

We loved our stay! Everything was safe and clean. The staff was fantastic. Within walking distance of almost everything!

Only issue we had with our stay is that we did not have control of our room temperature. We had to purchase a fan or roast. We did call the front desk daily to ask for the temp to be turned down and they did turn it down some. But by morning and afternoon you are in a sauna. Otherwise our stay was great.

Parking so much expensive

Wonderful facility for an expensive price. Excellent bed and large room with good desk. No View and slightly noisy at night due to nearby delivery truck action is the only reason I did not give five stars
