Everyone was incredibly nice at the location

Everything was perfect

Great room, but when you only get housekeeping every other day, they miss that one time in your three day stay, then don't honor their free night guarantee and won't return a call... Then they get 3 stars, which is being generous.

The price was way way, way, way too high for this place

The hotel had everything we needed. The room was so nice and had plenty of space for us to relax the whole weekend. The breakfast was wonderful!

Theresa checked us in. She was very pissed, knowledgeable and kind. She even had interpersonal skills which is a rarity where we come from. We loved our stay!!

It was a good location. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. Overall quiet at night Points of improvement: the toilet prevents the door from closing, the hot water barely came on while showering even with the nozzle turned ALL the way, and better parking situation: had to park on the side where there are no cameras; then, the side entrance was not working, so I had to walk all the way around to the front

While the property looks nice on the outside, the room was not. The elevator floor was sticky, the rooms sofa was so bad looking that I didn’t want to sit on it, missing bulbs, room phone completely inoperable, and so on. The lobby had so much of an odor-concealing Scent that my eyes watered. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. I’m shocked that Hilton allows a property to get in this shape.

Beautiful & love the new upgrades but no parking

Everything was fantastic!

Terrible chemical smell in our room. Propped the door open. Only 1 remote for 2 tvs. The phone did not work to call down. So I called from my cell phone 2 times for no one to answer..

Overall super nice location and convenient. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were clean and as pictured. There was inappropriate music like WAP being played in the evenings in hall and the speakers near elevators. It wasn’t exactly the music I wanted my 10 year old to hear so that would be my only critique.

Awesome property. We were able to stay in their newly renovated wing and it was wonderful. Neat, clean, great breakfast, and awesome customer service.

Hotel was decent. Breakfast was ok. Overall cleanliness was ok. Only thing I would say is that instead of your typical hotel music they have playing some ratchet rap music constantly. Not good when you have a family and don’t want your kids hearing that music especially with the nonsense it was saying.

Heat did not work in living area
