Very nice property. Well located. Very nice and helpful staff.

We arrived and couldn’t safely get out and when we pulled over and blocked traffic the closed parking garage door would not open and the property sent instructions much later than arrival. We chose this property because parking was available and could not access, had to pay for another accommodation. Very unhappy and weary traveler. We asked for a refund and the hotel refused to make any exception even without us ever gaining access to the room.

Very nice hotel with a pool

Good central location, large rooms and clean surfaces. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The bad: Noisy at night, uncomfortable beds and difficult to sleep, no oven in the kitchen.

Wonderful apartment style hotel room in a boutique hotel style building. Location is walking distance from Matbaiu train station as well as many local attractions. Comfy bed and lovely patio. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great stay in Toulouse.

We liked the easy check-in and proximity to the train station. The hotel was clean and modern. We had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Everything went well but never got the free drinks like it said on my reservation

The property is clean, however the kitchen utensils are old and does not seem clean, but I did not have to use them so It was not an issue for me. The person at the front desk is really nice, he helps us check in and call a cab for us to leave for the airport.

The location is very central and near train station. Nice and clean room. But it is a bit dark inside and not enough lighting. it will be better if a lamp can be placed on the desk.

Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options.

Stayed here several times, great location, because it is in a courtyard it's so quiet, whilst being close to everything. Staff are helpful everywhere is clean. The rooms are well equipped, perfect for those staying more than an night or 2, with the option of catering for yourself.

Great location in the heart of Toulouse. Very comfortable stay.

Air conditioning was turned off. TV system was not working. Room was nice size and comfortable. Gym is way too small and cramped.

Close to train station and central to old town area. Room was hot since had already turned on the heat and no ac available. Otherwise quiet and clean.

Great location and lovely rooms but most importantly the people we're lovely and very helpful. We arrived very late and the man who helped us to our room and get the baby cot set up made us feel really welcome as did all of the lovely staff over the week who came to clean our room or gave us directions etc of places to visit! Highly recommend and thank you to the lovely team!
