Rooms are older but they are always clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable and TVs are new. For the money paid…you won’t be able to find another room anywhere in the area this clean and comfy.

I rented a room with 2 queen beds and with a outside pool.. The beds were full beds and the pool was closed. I formally request a refund. They stated no refund. I'm formally requesting a refund from HOTEL. COM. I DROVE 8 HOURS ONLY TO FIND THE ROOM WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

This property could be amazing but it desperately needs updated and a thorough cleaning. It's begging for some TLC.

Outside grounds in disarray. Bed frame sqeekedl loudly every time you moved and the mattress sunk in horribly. Did not have enough bath linens for our family of three. Sink, bath and bed linens were clean; walls and baseboards needed cleaning and paint. We chose this place based on other reviews that rated this location highly. We were very disappointed. We will not plan to stay here again.

Just needed a room for one night while visiting friends who live in the area. This motel was in perfect location for my needs. It’s a rather basic place, nothing fancy. Seems like an older establishment. While there were many cars in the parking lot, it was pleasant and quiet during the night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I was happy that there was no wall-to-wall carpet in the room. The only slight minus was that the hair dryer didn’t work.

This is a budget family owned hotel. We have been staying here for four years and it gets better every time we come. They have renovated all of the rooms and they are nice. The place is really clean. They are in the process of painting the exterior and getting the pool open. We did lose our internet and TV all of Saturday but we survived. It wasn’t the facilities fault.

This is a great place to stay when you're in Dillard. Gresr service and adequate rooms. Works great for me. I have stayed here two times and will stay again. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. If you like home style cooking eat at the Cupboard Cafe two doors down.

Bed was way to high for seniors, dirty, tv and coffeemaker wasn't working right

Room was very clean. It would have been nice if AC was turned on. Took two hours to cool the bed down. Other than that very nice stay.

The ac was broken and the small breakfast was horrible the hotel was empty like a ghost town

Cozy little hotel! We've stayed here several times over the years and would stay again!
