Friendly staff, clean facilities

There was a pull out coach in the room but no sheets, pillows/pillowcases, or blanket available in the room. We got there very late and didn’t want to bother the only visible front desk staff. It would have been best if they were in the room.

The pool area needs attention. The “hot tub” was luke warm, wet towels all over, and food remnants were all over the place. Issues with the remote control and bedding for the pull out were at the counter, not in the room.

The place was nice and friendly. The only thing my tub was a little dirty.

Quick check in was great. They knew we had 5 guests and did not have extra linen in room. After asking they brought a fitted sheet and blanket. No pillow, no pillow case or sheet. The blanket had to be 25 yrs old and scratchy. After making a trip down to Libby and time finally got what we needed. Pilot mattress was awful!

Hotel was dirty and outdated.

Dated property, could use maintenance (interior & exterior). Area convenient but not very nice. Bed comfortable, strangely small pillows...

initially i had a problem (sofa had a very unpleasant smell) with the first room upon check in however the staff was very accommodating and change my room without question. my family enjoyed the stay

It was a great place to stay. Clean and easy to get to.

The rooms are nice sized. There was milder in the shower and a makeup stain on the sheets on one of the beds, the hot tub wasnt working unfortunately, but overall it was a good stay. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good.

The pillows are very hard.
