Bardzo fajny hotel w okolicach Warszawy. Miła i pomocna obsługa, która sama zadzwoni i poinformuje o ewentualnych niedogodnościach oraz zaproponuje satysfakcjonujące rozwiązanie. Duży i czysty pokój. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Room was clean and nice however the tea and coffee where not replaced so need to ask at reception for extra. The staff where great and even ensure that the Taxi we had order was coming and it arrived as soon as we where ready, I would stay again if I need to visit this area

Hotel rooms nice and renovated, some staff nicer then others, having big issue with everything being chargeable even when advertising as part of the facility, parking extra... Breakfast extra... Spa or should we say pool extra and not sure how they can even advertise this as part of the hotel facility as it's normal public pool across the road nothing to do with hotel and its not even very nice pool.

Large rooms, pool nearby and good breakfast. individually controlled air conditioning in every room.

When we arrived we thought we would have access to the pool but were told by the rude receptionist that because we booked cheap we could not use it. We inbolted hotels.com who spoke to the hotel to say that the facilities were listed and they said it would cost 8PLN. Then the hotel denied hotels.com had even spoke to them so as well as rude they lie as well. Breakfast on the site is listed at 35PLN but when we went to pay 45PLN per person. After we argued the case with them they said we could have the next 3 days at 35PLN per person. So only 1 day of being robbed then is OK? The attitude of most of the staff is beyond poor. I can clearly say our company will not send staff to this hotel chain again.

A satisfied short stay

Stayed one night on long jóurney and left with impression that hotel could do with a big shake up compared to other places I've stayed in Poland and rest of Europe; public areas shabby and require updating; young staff not particularly friendly and welcoming; food uninspiring...

Average hotel. Friendly front desk & restaraunt staff. Car park facing room close to hotel reception entrance noisy at night.

Rooms are Great size. Hotel seems to only have twin rooms but very good beds. comfortable, clean and with enough duvet. I had enough space and duvet to cover me and so did my husband for himself. I was a little bit disappointed with the shower as it is not a mobile shower that means if i didn't want to wash my hair, i would struggle. Its o big deal though, i could survive with that shower. I thought the shower rooms could do with an air freshener or something like that. It wasn't a bid deal but i thought they did not have a nice smell. otherwise they were sparklingly clean hygenically.

A Hotel in a nice natural area. Ficilities for me it was a bit like in ... Poland. Good, nice bit not lovely. Enough to stay for one short stay. And if you like to swim you can do ot outdoor or in door nearby.

We stayed here because it was halfway between downtown Warsaw and the Expo center. The hotel was average quality, but what really made it amazing was the staff. They were phenomenal. Just went so far above and beyond to help us navigate a foreign country, it was really comforting. Don't book this hotel expecting a 5 star room, but you can expect 5 star service, and in the end that's what will make me come back here any time I'm in Warsaw.

Two nights stay at a hotel I thought was close to the airport but turned out not to be. However, a decent hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel, very comfortable beds, tranquil setting. Couldn't fault it!

Hotel is situated far from everything. Rooms are comfortable, but we had a big spider on front door. Hotel service is OK. But the hotel have big minus - walls. I heard everything what said neighbours. At 3 at night I couldn't sleep, because someone had a party!
