Renovation in 4th floor…: dirty… tv not working room 407

Horrible plastic, very sweaty mattress protectors, really let the hotel down as it was otherwise nice.

Excellent location, staff and breakfast, but it is an old hotel.

Hotel is old and needs renovation. Food was poor quality, beds uncomfortable and small.

This hotel is very close to my customer and comfortable enough for a short stay. If you want to go out looking for shops and restaurants it is not in the best location, but there is a shopping centre quite near.

Was a convenient hotel location if you'll be traveling south out of the Warsaw Airport. Room was good and restaurant had solid food or just a buffet.

We use this hotel for its location close to our customer, but it is great for many other reasons: big room with excellent Wifi. Nice breakfast. Polite receptionists. we got an early check in with no problem.

Very nice beds, calm atmosphere, Nice people working there, clean, good smell, very satisfied, it was located close to the bus stop, we are very satisfied ;)

Nice place to stay. The staff were mostly friendly but some really didn’t want to be bothered. Most of the staff spoke English but was a little troublesome. But we all tried and everything worked out fine. The AC in the room only blew hot air and I immediately stripped off the plastic bedsheet since it wouldn’t let your body breathe. So, you’d get sweaty just sitting on it. Parking can for sure be a challenge even though they “have parking”. Overall, they tried. Not always trying very hard to be nice to travelers that have never been to Poland before.

Great value for money!

A 3 * hotel that offers a 5* service. Friendly and helpful staff with a very good variety in foods. Large rooms which are kept spotless. A great experience.

This hotel is an excellent reasonably priced business hotel. The staff are efficient and helpful, and rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the area the hotel is located in is pretty far out of town - around 30 to 45 minutes by taxi so do make sure that this location is convenient for your needs.

This is a very good hotel but just a bit too far out of town with noconnections to the centre apart from a taxi - whcih is about 70 zloty. A taxi ride from Chopin airport would be about 60 zloty also. Rooms are clean, spacious and staff are very firendly. A very good hotel. Great if you do not want to stay in the centre or don't mind commuting in.

There is, in case of need, a shopping center at back and a 24 hour gas and convenience store across the street. There is also a bus stop nearby. It will take you about 30 minutes to the metro station, then another 15 minutes or so to the old town. So, the hotel is distant, but it is brand new and the rooms are SUPER.

HOTEL OBVIOUSLY GEARED UP FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS CLOSE PROXIMITY OF WARSAW VERY FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND POLITE SERVICE. STAFF TOTALLY ATTENTIVE. GOOD RESTAURANT I WILL LOOK OUT FOR OTHER DE SILVA HOTELS IN THE FUTURE. ROOM NOT CLEANED ON ONE DAY (HENCE A 4 INSTEAD OF 5) HOWEVER PROMPTLY SORTED WITH NO FUSS AND NO EXCUSES .
