Excellent

It was a very small room for 3 people, the queen bed and twin bed barely fit in that room. Didn’t get towels and water bottle for the 3rd person. I had to change rooms because I was given 2 twin beds for 3 people which we obviously didn’t fit. Staff needs to do a better job with accommodations. Have stayed a few times on the One Hotel near the airport and it is the best!

The 2 girls in the reception were good. That's only good. Internet was not working and I had to go down to the lobby and waited for more than half hour and had to change the room because internet antenna was too distant. I had to pack the bag again and new room smelled bad and had to change to other room. Breakfast was no good and a guest used the spoon(entered his mouth) and left it in the spoon box. How terrible! I thank you the ladies to help me sincerely.

You get what you pay for. Could use cups in the room.

We will stay there again if we have the opportunity. It was very clean the breakfast was fantastic. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.

A cold, rainy night so room was cool, but blankets were good.

Everything worked, room is tiny, bed OK. Restaurant pretty marginal but its the only thing out there and the beer is cold.

Good experience. Attentive and Friendly Staff; however mostly all public areas were dirty and unorganized. Room OK for what you pay.

i knew that this hotel wasn't near from the city but the highway to reach it is way too dangerous and lonely taking in count that it's not a peaceful zone. If you're NOT going to one of Chrysler's plants (Daimler, Chrysler, Freighliner), you're gonna have a hard time reaching the city. Rooms are very tight, not an option if you want an American-way room. Every other aspect of our visit was completely comfortable and perfect!

The hotel was sort of small and plain. The TV's were small. They had a good breakfast but it was usually late. The dinner menu was small but the food was good. The waitress was unusually slow for the dinner menu and you had to go through the hotel clerk to order and pay for the dinner. This was not a 5 star hotel but it did what we needed and was very convenient to the plant we were working in. The clerks were friendly and helpful. The rates were good.

El peor desayuno que he visto, no habia muy poca comida y no surtian mas alimentos, el jugo de naranja es bebida de polvo con muy polvo sabor tipo tang y el de manzana era muy diluido con agua horrible, no hay hot cakesni wafles ni pan dulce solo ha pan blanco con margarina y no mantequilla, no hay salchichas ni carne solo huevo y estaba frio, mejor ni bajen a comer ahorrence el cojare, la habitacion solo habia una toalla en mal estado

Un lugar descuidado, la alfombra del hotel sucia, habitación mal oliente. El wc no tenía presión al jalarle y tuve que usar el bote de basura como cubeta para ponerle agua al wc. Definitivamente una porquería de hotel. Desayuno malo

Lo ofrecen como hotel dentro de la ciudad de Saltillo y se encuentra a mas de 40 min de la ciudad. No me realizaron reembolso

Habitaciones pequeñas pero oara el costo está bien. Lo unico que no nos gustó fue el desayuno incluido, las salsas de loa chilaquiles super aguadas y sin sabor. Los totopos no aptos para chilaquiles. No comimos fruta porque no rellenaron la bufetera en el tiempo que estuvimos ahi. Pero ibamos se paso, asi que fue el hotel que nos quedaba mas cerca
