Propre et très spacieux, excellent repas et personnels très chaleureux

My wife and I recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed for our trip. We want to come back and stay longer next time and take advantage of all the hiking opportunities.

Have been to the Gite many times and always enjoyed our visits.

Great stay if visiting the park

The property is nice enough, but we were disappointed with the lack of amenities for a property of this size and in this price range. There is a pool but it is outdoors, which limits its use in cold or rainy weather, and there is no spa/ hot tub, which would have been appreciated after a long day hiking in the mountains. Also please note, there is no cell service anywhere on the property (but at least there is wi-fi). We tried both restaurants on site, the food was good but not outstanding.

Clean and comfortable room

Fantastic place to stay and relax. Hiking trails are all local and well maintained. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Patio, pool and sauna are an ideal after a long day on the trails. Highly recommend this facility.

Beau séjour de 2 jours pour faire de la randonnée dans le Parc de la Gaspésie. Cependant, nous avons trouvé le gîte un peu trop cher pour ce qu'il a à offrir. Il manque définitivement un endroit commun pour relaxer autre que les deux restos.

This is an overpriced, pretentious establishment. You are 30 minutes away from the nearest town so your only dining options, if you're not fortunate enough to be camping, are a bistro and formal restaurant. There is very little difference between the menus of the two restaurants other than price and service. You will either be ignored or stared at throughout your meal, depending on which restaurant you've chosen. The breakfast buffet is $26CA per person and it's the only option for your morning meal. I can't say if it's worth it because we opted to have light snacks and coffee the morning we hiked, then we left for an excellent breakfast at a bakery in Ste Anne Des Monts the following day. A national park serving hikers and outdoors people should offer more options, especially in the morning. We have hiked, skied and camped at multiple Sepaq parks and they have all been excellent. I wish we could say the same for our first experience at one of their hotels.

Great set up

Nous avons été soufflés par le site à notre arrivée: le gîte est au pied du Mont Albert, on se croirait (presque!) dans les Montagnes Rocheuses :) ! Bel hôtel, déco simple dans la chambre mais chambre chaleureuse et confortable. Bon déjeûner (buffet), bons mets et une divine limonade au bistro, tous le personnel sont sympathiques, souriant et courtois (mention particulière pour Tania au bistro). Plusieurs pistes de randonnée sont accessibles du Gîte et le centre de servi est situé tout près.
