Nada de lo que vi en fotos es real! Los cuartos súper reducidos , las camas dobles parecen individuale, el aire no servía, el baño sucio, muy, muy reducido el cuarto, todo lo que necesites te lo dan a cuenta gotas,!

It stays in save place.

on 8/23 at 10pm We parked our rental car outside in the hotel parking lot. On the morning of 8/24 at 730am we discovered that our left rear wheel (rim & tire) was robbed and the car left sitting on its rotor. When we notified the hotel, no action was taken: no apologies, no investigation, no compensation. I asked for a video but they argued that only law enforcement agencies can request and see those security videos. The hotel has a sign in the parking lot with a disclaimer on total or partial loss of your vehicle. This is somehow normal, but what I find unacceptable is the fact that they have NO security personnel to try to deter these robberies.

I’ve always had good experience. But this time check in was a little on the slower side. Maybe computer issues. Not sure. Also AC was not working, we arrived at 2 am., room was stuffy. Turned on AC but it did not cool. 4 am 5am 6 am and no luck. Had a long night. No reason in telling front desk, because we were not going to move at 4am. Other than that good.
