I spent a week at the Mecure whilst back in Mildura for a visit. It was my first stay at this hotel and I think I'll be back. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities were clean and well looked after and staff friendly and helpful. The location was also a bonus with a short walk to the mall, several restaurants and the Settlers or Working Man's Clubs. I was also a fan of the cool lift, which is an attraction all of its own!

The property was not what we expected of a Mercure. The building area we stayed in was old and tired, carpets was bit tired and dirty. And bathroom had problems. Bed was hard. Saved somewhat front office by staff being friendly and supportive. I will not stay again, as the price value equation was ordinary.

The hotel is an old historic place with character. It’s not ‘5 star’ but it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly.Well worth the money paid.

Clean hotel, a little dates in rooms. But it is very clean and central.

Comfortable beds, good pressure shower. No wifi, which meant no casting, barely any tv channels. Upstairs heater in kids room didn’t work & the one in the master leaked on us during the night.

Standard hotel rooms are small with outdated fitouts.

Old and dirty. Well below expectations and far too expensive for style and condition of this motel.

It was

the old lift is beautiful. the room on the first floor was quite, no traffic noise. the staff were lovely. The room did have a little to much old dust that was also damp in areas that were not vacuumed. Edges of the carpet, the bed and cupboards that played up with my sinus. It may not effect a lot of people like it did for me.

We stayed here for the Australian Jazz Convention, it was close to the venues. The hotel itself was old and tired, the rooms needed updating, particularly the bathroom. There is an excellent bar and restaurant attached, but not part of the hotel.

Great location and clean however pricey for what it is.

Bit dated. Needs a good paint & spring clean in the rooms. Few little maintenance issues in the rooms, overall, good, central place to stay.

Hotel was very dated. Hotel reception were lovely but very disappointed with the overall hotel for the money. I would have thought a Mecure hotel would have been a lot more current
