The room had just been refurbished so there was a strong odor of new carpeting, adhesive, paint etc. Running the fan helped but the first night was a bit unpleasant.
I appreciated handicap adaptations. However, the placement of the microwave oven at such a high level above the beverage station I think in inconvenient ( hard to read control panel, hard to reach into interior) and poses a liability matter. A guest with an issue such as an essential tremor or arthritis in the hands and shoulders would have a difficult or impossible ability to grasp and control a hot item (such as a beverage) while attempting to remove it from the oven. And a short person probably wouldnt be able to use it at all.
