Very nice

Comfortable bed and pillows!!!

Hotel is older and showing some wear but clean. Great breakfast friendly staff

We enjoyed the stay very much. Friendly staff, clean room, and very clean pool. The hotel is close to major highway and various dining options. Very convenient!

Needs updated and noisy. Few stains on bedding. Bathroom was meh. Highway is close so traffic was very load. Staff was meh maybe learn to smile a bit more. Breakfast is 6-9am. Most hotels serve till 10

Hayes Kansas definitely does the job better. No kleenex or blow dryer in the room. The breakfast was mediocre.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Woke up with a terrible back and neck pain. Could use updated workout equipment.

The beds were good. The room was clean and spacious enough. Shower head good. We had arrived during a flash flood warning and could not get to the hotel readily. Luckily, the situation took care of itself and we were able to finish our arrival. Great place to stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was prwtty clean beings there was a full house because of state track amd other sport tournaments. Room was clean bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay it wasnt terrible. Guessing they did the best they could beings it was so busy.

Easy access

The property has a terrible parking lot that is difficult to maneuver to start off with. Check-in went fine, but we needed a crib for our infant and the lady who checked us in literally looked at me with a what is a crib face. I had to actually explain it to her for her to only tell me they did not, even though the website said they did. It was the reason we chose this place, because our normal hotel was completely booked. Once in the room it looked good and normal, however the bathroom was not so great. The toilet and door are too close to each other and you literally scrape the door on the toilet to close the door, so the door has scrapes and chunks missing. Then the drywall by the tub was completely falling off the wall from water damage. The caulking and grout was cracking and falling due to the same issue. It was a mixed bag with this place. Get terrible this to good that. Normally a best Western is good, but I would not stay again at this specific hotel.

Room was very clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and walls were paper thin. You cpuld hear everything. Breakfast was hot and kept well stocked.

There is almost no sound proofing. We could hear the staff before 6am and our upstairs neighbors every time they walked around or used the shower/toilet.

Came in at midnight, had a delayed flight. Very nice staff. Very comfortable room. Clean. Good breakfast

Good stay for the price.
