Is not even a hotel staff is bad

Modern and clean. Good breakfast. Close to Oasis train station. Helpful staff particularly shuttle driver. No elevator so many rooms do not appear wheelchair accessible or easy with large suitcases.

Didn’t like it and when i was booking breakfast was included but I had to pay it and they charge me extra at arrival talking about some hidden fee.

Not worth 1star , terrible rooms, unsafe and very uncomfortable. No key to the room so every time I leave and come back to the room I had to get the front desk staff open the door for me

This charming hotel with the most welcoming staff is quite a hidden gem. This is all I needed to spend a quiet and relaxing week in Casablanca.The place is in the vibrant neighborhood of Sidi Marouf and is close to everything you need:shopping ,transportation and good places to eat including its own restaurant/bar. When I forgot my phone in a cab, they made it their priority to help me get it back and especially Anwar.

I felt like it was in a very secluded location. But overall is was ok for the price that I paid. The staff were incredible and very friendly.

The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. They helped with any issues, transportation etc. The bathrooms were a bit aging but everything worked. The only thing is we saw a couple of bugs in our rooms but they staff worked to make sure our rooms were changed.

All staff members were very caring and friendly. They did their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We recommend Casablanca Suits and Spa and will not hesitate to use it again.

The staff was absolutely the best. My flight was canceled and they were able to arrange a later airport pickup for me at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate how hospitable and caring the front desk attendant was upon my arrival. He also helped with arranging breakfast and a hamman treatment the following morning. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I visit Casablanca.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming and helpful especially the receptionist and the security

I liked the quiet state of the property and the doorman. He was very accommodating. Also the front desk personnel was very accommodating.

Wonderful experience!

Pool was just for showing, it was positioned in the middle of a coffee shop, making it impossible to use. Rooms had many maintenance issues such as leaking ACs, broken chairs, ...etc.
