Convenient, not far from brightline or the port terminal. Used Uber for both. Restaurant was good and good hours.

Remarkable customer service, and very clean and comfortable room.

The front desk staff were friendly and very efficient while checking guests in. We were on the top floor, and it was a pain getting an elevator because one of the elevators was out of order. We had heard this has been an on going issue for a while. Not sure if that’s true. We waited 5-10 minutes for an elevator to come up for us every time. It was very easy to locate where to meet for our shuttle to the cruise port. Very close to the cruise port as well. We definitely would stay again.

Very easy for transport to the port

The hotel was very nice. Due to arriving in Fort Lauderdale at 10 am they still picked us up and locked up our luggage so we could go get lunch. They texted us when are room was ready.

I stayed at the hotel with my toddlers overnight. The hotel was 5 minutes from port Everglades which was great. We were also 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart, Fivebelow and a Publix which was great for picking up last minute items needed for our cruise. Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and assisted me with printing out my luggage tags and cruise documents. The elevators close quickly. While pulling my stroller and luggage out of the elevator the elevator doors closed before my 4 year old stepped out which was terrifying. Thankfully another guest stayed on the elevator with her and the doors opened just as I was about to call the front desk for assistance.

Centrally located to cruise port.

Service did not match the Price :( Beds were to high for the ladies to get into.. Breakfast was good but did not match the price per :(

The room was comfortable, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. Staff was friendly. Location was ok, not much around but it fulfilled what we needed it for before our cruise.

check in staff were great, shuttle driver from airport great. Check out staff ok, but return shuttle was poor. We’re were told to be down stairs at 4:45 am for 5 am shuttle…driver finally shows at 5:10 and had a poor attitude

This is the best hotel for the price and services they have and the restaurant was really good and prices good. Thanks for starting our vacation on a wonderful experience.
