Stayed for the weekend…great location hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful..would highly recommend

This is my first time ever with a negative about a hotel in my whole life of traveling and the first crown plaza I disliked. They charge for parking that could easily be free it’s not like theres a valet parking (you park your own car) so why charge, charge for breakfast, room doesn’t have an inviting warm feel maybe the lighting of choice... wall is white and bland window is tall so kids could see outside, bed is too tall for kids. Bathroom is too small in a nutshell If you coming to Florida for vacation this isn’t a hotel for that, possible for someone traveling for work then it would be ok.

After checking into room and trying to nap room had constant smell of mold when a/c came on. Upon further inspection a/c output vent had black mold in vents. Went downstairs and host apologized and switched rooms. New room did not have smell when a/c came on but again output vent was very disgusting with black mold. Went back downstairs and I believe it was the manager was at the front desk and followed me to my room to inspect vent. She apologized and advised that due to the amount of rain Florida gets this happens. She also removed the vent to “clean” them but that was just a light dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Hotel was otherwise very clean and staff was very apologetic of the situation. Due to the shortness of our stay and not wanting to hassle with switching rooms/ hotels as we were traveling without a vehicle we stayed the night.

Stayed prior to a cruise - very easy to get to/from cruise port and airport. Took an Uber to dinner and then walked back to the hotel. Great experience.

Convenient to the airport.

The breakfast was delicious and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The food was delivered hot and punctual.

What a lovely hotel! I want to stay here again. The bed was like sleeping on a firm cloud. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Food options were awful. Scrambled eggs were passable, but the potatoes were inedible. Bread choices ranged from spongy to meh. Juice was not drinkable.

Great stay friendly staff! Older hotel however room was clean, felt safe close, close to cruise port would recommend for an overnight stay!
